Spring Skincare Must-Haves

Shelby’s Current Favorites

Katie has clearly been dominating the blog for the past few weeks but I now get to dish on a few of my skincare must haves for the Spring! The changing seasons always encourages me to go through all my products and ditch the ones that didn’t cut it. These three are ones that were above and beyond my expectations and will not leave my bathroom drawer this Spring. If you need a Spring skincare refresher, keep reading on!

#1: NuFace Mini Facial Device

I cannot get over how much I love this device! I was researching it, watching the brands videos, and finally made the investment a few months ago. It not only smoothed a few of the fines lines I had due to sun damage, but actually improved the texture of my skin and slightly faded my acne scars! I like to avoid harsh chemicals and have no intention to ever get a face treatment that requires needles. This little guy supports that decision and is super relaxing and a great face massage. The two silver circles are metal and help to de-puff as the electric current kinda zaps your skin. There are three settings on the one I have and, when you use the gel primer it comes with, you don’t feel any of the shocks. I snagged mine when Anthropologie was having a beauty sale but it is an investment. Retail, the Mini is $199 and they have other products for targeting full body cellulite or specific wrinkles. Check them out here!

#2: LANEIGE Lip Sleeping Mask

Number two is actually something Katie bought and I soon stole! It is basically the best intensive lip balm I’ve ever tried. She got me through 20 degree weather in NYC for a week and through all these weather changes in the south. It has a subtle bubblegum flavor but also comes in vanilla. The product is made, obviously, to sleep in but is seriously an all-day star! At only $20, its a must-have for all the travel we have planned this year. This brand also has a great sleep masks we’ve been testing and have nothing but positives so far and their line even includes makeup! We got ours at Sephora.

#3:Biossance SQUALANE + PEPTIDE EYE GEL.

So the last one I actually received as a sample and I used every single bit of it! I am not putting it on in the picture above but I had to keep the vibe going, ya know? The brand is currently running a sale on their website you can reach through the link above. This product is vegan and 100% clean at it’s finest because it works! I see immediate results in my under eye circles and just look more awake after use. They have a great assortment of clean beauty products and have really lived up to the hype for us. My mom uses their facial oils and I’ve even been trying their deodorant and they have all become staples. The brand is great at giving out samples and the full sized versions are large. So for the $54 retail of the eye gel, you are actually getting your money’s worth!

I hope you were able to find a new product or brand to add to your skin-care list. We are always trying to find the best products that are worth the money but also don’t harm the planet and align with our morals. If you are wanting to refresh your hair-care, head over to Katie’s post here!
